Jenny has been a yoga practitioner since 2006 and received her 200-Hour certification in 2015. Her passion is Vinyasa Yoga, connecting movement to breath. If you’ve practiced in a room with Jenny, you’ve definitely heard her breathe; the Ujjayi Pranayama (Victorious Breath) is what she believes allows us to grow in our physical yoga practice. Jenny’s classes are energetic and she creates a safe space to get “weird,” no matter what your experience.

Off the mat Jenny is likely rocking out at a concert, reading a book, cuddling with her cats or spending time with family and friends.
