GIVE Yoga’s 200-Hour Yoga Training is an opportunity unlike any other.
Styles and techniques we explore —
Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation.
Our all-encompassing regimen is designed with the spirit of GIVE in mind: unconditional sharing. We share without expectation, and ask nothing in return. When we give with our whole heart and without condition, we live our calling. To us, it’s the purest form of love. Through this mindset, we’ve created a place to belong where we support each other and our community.
We’ve successfully graduated more than 200 trainees from our past 200-hour Yoga Training programs.
We’ve joined forces with Columbus’ most knowledgeable and impactful instructors to create a space for you to discover a profound embodiment of the yoga practice, on and off the mat. You will awaken pathways to cultivate awareness, understanding, authenticity, confidence and freedom in all areas of your life.
You’ll be empowered to tap into your fullest potential, and to lead and live as a natural expression of all that you are. Through asana, meditation, personal inquiry, group discussion, philosophical application, community-building, hands-on coaching, assisting, practice teaching and leadership coaching, you will develop the technical knowledge and personal skills needed to teach a powerful yoga class, to any population.
