This special edition class is a powerful, 75-minute vinyasa flow with creative sequencing to keep you off your hands and out of your wrists and elbows. As Jenny rehabs an elbow injury it's allowed her creative juices to flow, finding ways to continue moving powerfully on her mat and maintaining her asana practice. We'll forego the traditional transition of high/low plank, upward facing dog and downward facing dog, all while still working up a sweat!
