Strengthen your yoga practice and understanding of yoga philosophy and yoga related topics! We will offer a monthly invitation of a book in hopes of unifying conversation and continuing to expand our vision for community. By gathering together to learn, we can create constructive conversation growing not only ourselves but also our community.
How The Book Club Works:
Read or listen to the book.
Share it with someone in class or your life who wants to participate.
Come to the monthly meet up and talk about it with us! Share ideas, thoughts, agree, disagree. Be respectful and move from a place of curiosity. Ask questions! Remember a community doesn't always mean we agree. It means we make space for all sorts of ideas and ways of thinking.
