Calling all moms-to-be! Join our community of practice for six weeks of prenatal yoga and mindfulness practice. Over the course of this series, you will learn a variety of movement, breath, and mindfulness techniques to support you and your baby in your pregnancy journey.
Classes are designed to cultivate a deeper connection to your body and baby, while also providing the opportunity to meet and practice alongside other expecting mamas! Classes include mindfulness and meditation, breathing exercises, and a gentle flowing and restorative yoga sequence designed to support you during pregnancy and labor. Each class starts with a brief group check-in with the chance to ask questions, share, and connect with other expecting parents.
You will receive access to resources for additional support including a prenatal yoga practice guide, an overview of breathing techniques to support labor and delivery, an overview of essential oil use during pregnancy, and several guided meditations.

Bio: Cecilia is a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and 500-RYT, in addition to a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and Urban Zen Integrative Therapist. She is the founder of Mindful Learning Lab and offers mindfulness coaching and workshops for parents and educators. Cecilia is a mother who loves nothing more than supporting other expecting parents!
