Venture out with Nicole and Angela at the Geode Dome nestled in the forest of Chillicothe.  Enjoy an Elemental Experience rooting us to the Earth, the Planet, and bringing us to the oneness that we are. This experience will include pranayama, asana to yin, closing with a guided meditation. Each participant will receive a personal elemental ritual kit and a goodie bag. Arrive as early as 5:30PM, program begins at 6PM.
