Yoga 101 is a basics series that is anything but “basic.” Over three weeks we will build a solid physical foundation through yoga postures, while also exploring breath practices to bring each shape to life, and meditation to become more familiar with our own mind. This series welcomes anyone interested in exploring the fundamentals of yoga. Whether you are completely new to the practice, in need of some inspiration or the structure to restart, or simply ready to return to the roots of the practice and refine.
