This life-changing program is your opportunity to: participate within a wholehearted, welcoming community; to build a foundational, daily practice of yoga and meditation; to become aware of and shift what you feed your body and your mind through mindful eating practices, inspirational reading, self-inquiry and community conversations.

6:45-7:45PM | Online! (Or German Village once stay-at-home lifts)
*Bring a mat, water, journal, pen, 40 Days book. Weekly meetings may include (but are not limited to!) meditation, journaling and group discussion.
The not-so-fine print...
- Unlimited Yoga begins Wednesday, May 6 and ends Wednesday, June 10
- We’ll have a Completion Celebration at the GIVE BIG Community Class on Sunday, June 7, 10:30AM-12PM at GIVE Clintonville (or online)
- Any existing memberships (and associated perks) will be paused as of May 6 and reactivated June 10
- The accompanying book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste, is NOT included in the purchase price but is required for the workshop.
-Attendance is required for ALL meetings — if a meeting is missed, you forfeit your unlimited membership.
- Space is limited to 40 participants.
