Struggling with stress, feeling out of balance or simply looking for a moment of self care? Experience the relaxation + restoration possible when CBD, gentle movement and guided meditation are combined. Ease into your Friday evening and leave with a better understanding of your body’s endocannabinoid system and how CBD can support you. This workshop is intended for anyone who is experiencing anxiety, burn out, or stress and is seeking practices for ease, relief and release.

Your $25 investment includes a personal 2ml sample from Green Harvest Health containing 33mg of CBD, which can be enjoyed as a single serving during the session or halved for a second experience on your own! For Livestream participants, pick up your sample at the following times from the Clintonville Studio:

  • Friday, October 30, 10:45-11:30AM

  • Before the workshop on Friday, October 30, 4:30-6PM

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Dress so you can move and relax in comfort. Please remember your yoga mat and consider bringing a blanket and/or pillow/bolster to get cozy during the guided meditation. No prior yoga or meditation knowledge is required as we will simply experience CBD first-hand and then relax in fully supported shapes. 

ABOUT ALI IANNI

Ali is a Columbus-based yoga teacher and wellness coach. A graduate degree in exercise physiology and nearly a decade of practicing and teaching mindfulness through movement has provided Ali with a unique insight into the relationship between brain and body. Her life’s work is helping others embody and enjoy the human experience via movement, mindfulness, and meditation.
