This 21 day journey will root you in community as you join others on this journey to expanding life of practice beyond a yoga mat. It will give you simple, effective techniques focused you can fit easily into your busy life:

Gratitude practices to alter and uplift our perspectives.
Giving practices to encourage exploring ways we can help ourselves and the world around us to be a better place.
Join us as we build inner resources of grounding, gratitude, mindfulness and compassion.
