Meditation Mondays aim to help you decide which meditation techniques are effective for you and inspire you to integrate meditation into your life. Guided by GIVE Yoga teachers, you will explore various meditation techniques and practices. Meditation Mondays are open to all students, regardless of experience with meditation and/or a physical yoga practice. Students are encouraged to wear unrestrictive athletic wear to allow ease of movement and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and expect to use studio props, including blankets and bolsters.
