Join Christina Sell for a weekend workshop designed to challenge, inspire, and ground you in your body, mind and heart. Asana practice is a a dynamic relationship between strength and mobility, often requiring dedicated attention over time to experience the depth of awareness and insight the practice can yield. Christina Sell, known for her detailed alignment instructions, down-to-earth teaching style and practical wisdom will teach progressive postures that create stability, freedom and awareness in the hips, shoulders and core for students of all levels. Each sessions has a slightly different emphasis to provide ample time to prepare, explore and practice. Expect demonstrations, explanations, creative work with props and pep talks along the way. Come ready to work and to play and feel the Love.

ABOUT CHRISTINA: Christina Sell has been practicing asana since 1991 and teaching since 1998. Trained in alignment-oriented yoga methods, Christina teaches workshops and trainings locally, nationally and internationally. She is the author of Yoga From the Inside Out: Making Peace with your Body through Yoga, My Body is a Temple: Yoga as a Path of Wholeness, and A Deeper Yoga: Moving Beyond Body Image to Wholeness and Freedom. She resides in Buena Vista, CO with her husband, two cats and the best dog in the world, Locket.
