6-Week Prenatal Workshop Series
Calling all pregnant people! Join our virtual community of practice for six weeks of prenatal yoga and mindfulness practice. Over the course of this series, you will learn a variety of movement, breath, and mindfulness techniques to support you and your baby in your pregnancy journey.
Classes are designed to cultivate a deeper connection to your body and baby, while also providing the opportunity to meet and practice alongside other expecting mamas! Each class will incorporate a brief group check-in, a mix of gentle flowing and restorative yoga postures, as well as grounding mindfulness practices and breathing exercises to support you during pregnancy and labor.
Weekly classes will be held over Zoom so that you can practice from the safety of your own home. No yoga experience is required but access to 1-2 yoga blocks, a yoga bolster or supportive pillow, and blanket are ideal. Questions? Reach out to Cecilia at cecilia@mindfullearninglab.com

ABOUT CECILIA SHANAHAN — Cecilia is a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor and 500-hour yoga teacher, in addition to a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and Urban Zen Integrative Therapist.
