“When we heal ourselves, we heal the world. For as the body is only as healthy as its individual
cells, the world is only as healthy as its individual souls.” – Mark Nepo
THE SERIES
More than ever, humanity is seeking connection. And at times, we search for it in ways that disconnect us from the truth that we are sustained and supported by the natural world.
By fostering our connection with Mother Nature, we can begin to cultivate an inner trust that we
are never alone simply because we belong to all that is. As we open our hearts to this inner belonging, we can become more inquisitive about how to take care of ourselves and the Earth with more compassion, understanding, and love. The elements of nature are around and within us, inviting us to reconnect to our truest essence and come alive to the worthiness of every living being – including ourselves.
The powerful techniques incorporated in this series will help us nurture that connection and aliveness so that we can feel supported to embrace our authenticity, listen to our intuition, foster deeper relationships, and recognize our potential to transform and expand.
