Expand your handstands and arm balancing practice with GIVE Yoga guest teacher, Dakota Mays. Play and explore possibility in your practice as he shows you how to systematically land your inversions! This workshop will help you discover and enhance your inversion practice in a safe manner. Open to all levels.

Not only do handstands help build upper body strength, but handstands and other inversions can help relieve tension and anxiety while increasing circulation and energy levels. We can't wait to share this wonderful workshop with you!

DETAILS

You’re encouraged to wear athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats will be available for rent if needed. We have blankets and bolsters available for use.

Hosted in our German Village studio — space is limited and pre-registration is required. 

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Dakota has been teaching yoga and inversion workshops since 2018. He specializes in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Handstands, and Acroyoga. He took his 200 RYT in Bali, Indonesia in 2018 and has been teaching full-time ever since.
